Operation:

1. The LED torch function operation: You can use the LED torch in any time if there is power in the battery. Push the button 3 seconds, the LED torch will be turned on. If you want to turn off the LED torch, now you should push the button 3 seconds.2. Capacity display: Push the button, the 3 LED capacity indicators will be flashing from left to right. LED light indication display the capacity status when finish the capacity testing. The lights will be off after ten seconds later.3. Charging the digital device: When connect the charger and digital devices with charge cable, it can be work automatically. If it can’t work when you connect the charger and digital devices in the right way, you should push the button to make the charge activate so it can work normally. When it charging to digital devices, 3 LED light will be flashing all the time. When the devices are charged fully, the charger can cut down the current automatically.4.Charge to the item: Charge it with PC USB or AC adaptor. Connect the USB cable with the USB socket of PC or adaptor to get power source. When you charge to the charger, there have nothing output, it means that you can't charge and discharge in the same time.
